I have AT&T and it's the worst. You go in to do something so simple and it takes them 45 minutes to click around and then they have to call corporate or whatever bullshite.
I was in there for over an hour just to get a freaking SIM card when my OnePlus 3 came in.

As of now I'm livid. The guy said the computer wasn't letting him do it so I left. I called customer service and they just said to go back to the store. I worked all night and I've lost all patience with these clowns.

I had to get some sleep. I'm about to go up there for round two. To think that it's as easy as going to Swappa and this bullshite would be over is galling. It shouldn't be this hard to deal with a cellphone company.
