Dish tailgater problems.

We are on the parade grounds and the tailgater will not pick up any channels.
We have tried multiple spots same issue everywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you have used it before? What receiver are you using?

I'm sure you resolved it, but I had the same issue.
I called and the problem was there was a software update since the last time I used it. Took them about 10 minutes to get it up and running.
