Fonz: "Well, I beg to differ. I haven't had ESPN for three weeks and my box keeps cutting out."

Anything you tech baws advise that I say to get some cheaper prices? Anything you want me to say in general

After throwing out PS Vue, SlingTV, Uverse, DirectTV and others,

Cox decided to bring my bill from 170/month to 119 adn throw in the nex contour box free of charge. Ill take it.

I have Contour TV (220 channels) + sports pak
and Internet Preferred.

Threatening to switch is always a winner. You have to have leverage though, like your contract ending coming up, or the like.

The key is getting transferred to customer retention.

You'll eventually get tired of playing that game. Much better to jew them down on Internet and sign up for Vue
