Converting .mov to .mp4 program recommendations....

looking to convert video from my drone (.mov) to mp4 to edit in GoPro studio.
Can anybody recommend a good program to use? I have a surface pro 3 and not much room on it right now so Im trying to keep it minimal for the time being...

ill keep it in mind.
I actually just did some playing around in GoPro studios and got it to work without having to convert beforehand....
