Did everything they said to do. Still no service. Can't get tech til 21. Jerks.

I got that code the other day after setting up new TV stand, had screwed on the wrong antenna on the back, screwed on the other one and was good to go.

Tried all that. Connections were tight.
Comcast was working next door a couple of days ago. I didn't turn on tv til last night. I suspect something got screwed with.

Follow all the lines and check the connections.
I had this and found the dummy didn't secure all the coax at the junction

I moved in. DTV came before Cox did. TV was working. Cox came, accidentally cut the DTV line thinking it was an old line. Had to have DTV come back out and replace the line. Sucked.

Don't have Cox where I live. Comcast is worst.

If you have a wireless internet receiver plugged into a genie disconnect it. Genie doesn't need the extra wireless receiver
