Bluetooth issue.. Iphone6

All of a sudden a couple weeks ago my Bluetooth has gone to $hit. I can only pick up a signal if my phone is within a foot of whatever i am trying to pick up.
Any ideas?

I have a 5 that drops my new Bluetooth headphones in and out all the time. I find that some devices are better than others. My stereo Bluetooth works fine and my older LG headphones work but the newer ear buds (for running) cut in and out.

This is a new development. No idea what's going on. Hopefully the new update will be the fix.
