Best place to buy refurbished laptops?

Looking at buying a MacBook or MacBook Pro but I really don't need a brand new one. I know Apple sells them but are there any other trustworthy places to buy them?

Just bought a refurbished Elitebook from Newegg. So far so good.

I bought about 20 for my work at tigerdirect. Elite books with SSD for cheap.

Sounds like those are the way to go. Tell me about those elitebooks, their price is way better than MacBooks. I basically need a computer to check emails, browse Internet, work excel, and use as a home base for my iPhone. I don't have tons of files to store. What kind would work for me? Will these refurbished ones work with the latest operating systems?
