Best Android Chargers

I buy many cheep charges online and they all seam to charge my phone very very slowly. I have one charger that a friend left at my house and it charges from 0 to 100 in like an hour. There is no brand on it and my friend dosent know where he got it.
What is the best charger to provide the fastest charger?

that would be the legendary BLACKBERRY BLADE.
i have 4 of them and they are the bomb. full charge in roughly an hour.

HTC or HP??? The HP Touchpad charger is great, but they cost a hefty chunk of change if you can find them. And if you have an HP Touchpad, you HAVE to use the manufacturer AC Adapter and micro usb cord. I've YET to find any other charger that's worked for mine.

HP Touchpad my bad. I have the wireless charger so I haven't used the port in a long time
I did misplace my cable recently which sucked. The adapter does play wllk with mant other cables though
