Baton Rouge Recommendations

I'm moving in a few weeks a wanted some of the boards recommendations on some contractors. I need an alarm monitoring company. The equipment is already installed and I'd local monitoring if the price is right. I overpay for alarm service now.

I also need a company to mount and hang three flat screens and install two soundbars. Who is the best locally?
