Backing up ATT iphone to Verizon?

Isn't letting me do it. Says I have to have "verizon transfer app" on att phone. This app does not exist.

how are you trying to do it? just back all your shite up to iCloud/gmail and have it with you across all platforms. What are you trying to back up? All my contacts and calendars are in gmail and then backed up to iCloud and that is far and away the easiest way to do that. iCloud will even back up safari bookmarks, notes, photos and keychain.

I want the new phone to look exactly the same as old one.
I backed up old phone to icloud.
Try to restore new phone off icloud and it says no backup exists.
And itunes won't recognize new phone, says I must have the newest version of itunes. I have the newest version of itunes.

thats what you use on the new phone. dont think it works on the old att phone
