Auto-Populate Multiple Documents Help

Lets say I have five different types of documents that I want to fill out with the same information (client name, address, date, etc.)... What would be the easiest way to have it populate all "documents" at the same time?
Thanks.
Thanks.

What document types? Is one a PDF, another a database, a Word document, then an excel document?
Or are they all a Microsoft Office document or PDF?

there's this little feature called 'mail merge' that i think is so old-school everyone has forgotten about it that will autopopulate info.
quote:
Mail merge is used to create multiple documents at once. These documents have identical layout, formatting, text, and graphics. Only specific sections of each document varies and is personalized. The documents Word can create with mail merge include bulk labels, letters, envelopes, and emails. There are three documents involved in the mail merge process:
Your main document
Your data source
Your merged document
Mail merge from excel spreadsheet

But seriously...
They are letters of observation to be stamped by a PE. Each letter is for a different observation. The body of the letters do not typically change except the address, date, client, etc.
To this point, I've been copying each "type of observation" letter and changing it manually in word and then printing to PDF. If I could have a template for each type of observation and have it auto-populate and able to print into separate files, that'd be great. Minimize work and the chance of typing something wrong.
Thanks, again.
