Any reason AT&T Fiber would just stop working totally mostly over wireless one day when using BGW 210 gateway in IP Passthrough mode with a RT-AX86U?

It makes no sense.

I prefer using my Asus RT-AX86U as my main device and the AT&T Gateway as a dummy modem only if possible. I get more control and tweaking! So having the Asus RT-AX86U as just a wireless access point makes me sad. :(

Though at least it works now.

Just curious if anyone else had this problem lately? Guessing no.

It is ok either way.

I have ATT Fiber with the BGW 320 in IP Passthrough mode to a GT-AXE16000. The GT-AXE16000 then branches off to 2 ZenWifi Pro ET12s in wired backhaul mode. I have had zero issues with both wired and wireless connections since install with 2 Gbps fiber. I typically clock at ~2.4 Gbps.

Can you share how you set up the RT-AX86U? Did you disable the gateway's WiFi? What did you disable in the gateway settings? Did you set up AiMesh?

When I set up my network, it was pretty straightforward getting the gateway and GT-AXE16000 set up. I had some issues with the satellites but it was firmware related at the time. Zero issues since.

Did you mean BGW320? The BGW210 only has 1Gbps ports.
