Argh - need help reinstalling win7 ultimate

I have a Dell with no disks and the recovery partition apparently doesn't exist.
I try to dl from the MS recovery site, but with an OEM activation key, it won't dl from there.
Anywhere to look for a Win7 Ultimate 32 bit (or 64 if my key allows it) iso?
