Straight cable had no problems. When I first went to mini-box 4 channels had bad pixelation problems, the rest were fine. Now, all channels have some annoying pixelation. I've changed boxes and tried 2 different TVs. Cox phone advice didn't help. Curious if anyone else has this problem before I get service to come out.

There was a thread a couple weeks ago on this. Yes, they will charge you to fix stuff that used to work fine before they forced you to change.

You have to upgrade the cable from the box to the wall. Cost me $75 to find that out. Go to settings. On the second page your dB will be -40. Should be -10 to positive.

You're welcome.
