all of a sudden I'm getting a windows prompt that asks if I want to leave page

This happens almost every time I click on a thread. When I click to leave, I sometimes have to click it 2 or 3 times. What kind of TD Virus did I get? For the record, I'm old enough to not know some things you young bucks might think is obvious.

Not that I'm aware of but everything I use, non-mobile, is subject to my companies' IT program. I'm sure they've got something installed for this but I can neither add nor delete the base software installed without administrative access. Basically, I work, I fish, I hunt, I cook, I drink. In between all that, I try to make my wife happy(luckily she enjoys all that with me) then, I play around on this site. It makes me feel like my Dad to say it but as long as my computers' facilitate those goals, I don't even care to know more about them. Any ideas how to make this work?
