Would be cool if some of the more famous guys would leave their squads to join Kosovo.
I'm pretty sure Shaqiri, Januzaj and maybe even Xhaka could play for Kosovo.

Don't see why. Russia is already behind most of the Eastern European sides. Croatia, Bosnia, Ukraine, Romania. Don't see what one more would hurt.

Russia isn't behind "most of the Eastern European sides".
Romania is especially wtf.
Ukraine and Bosnia, pretty similar in quality.
Kosovo isn't even close.

Earlier posts are correct. In the event a new member nation is accepted, both UEFA and FIFA will allow otherwise tied players to declare for the new association. The decision to play for Kosovo would be irreversible and permanent.
