Their statistics over the past few years have been pretty close. I'm not sure you can say one is clearly better than the other at this point.

I think Kljestan is our best 10 right now.

In 2015, Benny had 10 goals and 15 assists in 2731 minutes (32 games, 30 started). Kljestan had 8 goals and 14 assists in 2843 minutes (33 games, 33 started).
In 2016 thus far, Benny has 6 goals and 7 assists in 2032 minutes (24 games, 22 started), while Kljestan has 5 goals and 15 assists in 2085 minutes (26 games, 24 started).
Without going too far in depth with statistics, it looks like Benny had a better year last year but Sacha has been better this year.

I think Benny is better at creating space, and picking out final passes - ultimately what you would like to see from a #10.
Sacha is still pretty good at those things and probably a more complete player.
