fricking Rowdies.

The NASL needs western expansion and/or some degree of MLS partnership or the USL is going to equal/pass them by in time. I almost think that writing's already on the wall. I don't understand why they have to be so stubborn to think they can compete with the MLS directly.

I would be infinitely more interested in all 3 divisions if we could get promotion/relegation implemented in the pyramid before I die. frick. I'd settle for 2 joined tiers, thank god that's even a prospect with the USL doing better.

Because nasl leadership and especially the cosmos are so up their own butts that they don't see reality around them.

It's a shame that they are a catastrophe on the field. If they don't start getting the on the field right attendance will start to drop.

this is a real embarrassment for the NASL.

now they only have Atlanta Silverbacks and New York Cosmos left.

They need Atlanta to go far b/c the league now owns the team and is looking for a new owner. I have no idea if they think keeping the team in Atlanta is viable though.

I'm very interested in the New York Cosmos vs NYCFC match up in round 4. You just know the Cosmos owners are going to have a massive hard on if they win that one.

That was the original name for the Tampa club back when NASL saw the likes of Gerd Muller, Georgia Chinaglia and of course Pele. Late 70's....
