If the US scored first and then gave up a goal in the 85th minute it would feel like a loss.

Since they came back late and saved a point and saved their asses for Russia it feels like a win.

On its own, drawing Honduras would be frustrating. But considering we salvaged a late goal to potentially save our World Cup qualifying campaign, it feels more like a win.

Our performance was garbage, but I'll take the outcome. We absolutely could not afford to let Honduras go 3 points ahead of us, and we didn't. Job done.

It was a tie that felt like it wasn't a loss.

It was 90 minutes of putrid soccer. We all lose.

I think Iker Casillas reacts for us all here.

A point on the road in the Hex is never a loss IMO
