Maybe they are, but they are capable of beating every team left. In my opinion there isn't much between the remaining teams, and any of the four could easily win it.

Now that the four are set I'm calling City-Bayern for the Pep saga and Mardid derby on the other side. UEFA will do what they want. Should be good match ups either way - City have proven over the last 2 years they can play with Bayern.
