We've got 7 matches in 20 days where there's been little squad rotation for the most part for our starters and key players.
10/19 QPR
10/22 Real Madrid
10/25 Hull
10/28 Swansea
11/1 Newcastle
11/4 Real Madrid
11/8 Chelsea
It sucks that we're about to get waxed, but they handled us easily at home. And we have Chelsea at Anfield on Saturday.

No, I know. I don't think what he's doing is that unreasonable. The players getting the rest have really needed a rest. He's giving some young players the chance to perform on a big stage as well. The only real negative is that it says to the world he doesn't have confidence that his best team could win at the Bernabeu.

He's resting players in the UCL so that he can try to qualify for the UCL.

That's how I see it. Liverpool FC has already shown the world they can't even beat a bad Newcastle team.

No, it won't. If anything our young players will play better than expected, we won't lose by as many goals as we thought we would today, and win a "moral victory" of sorts. And then it's back to classic scoreless Liverpool with the starters on Saturday.
