Damn that first half was tough to watch, some of our passing was terrible and sunderland were fouling a lot, Gomiss is making me eat my words but we need to play a lot better second to escape with all three.

Montero isn't his usual self this game either

This Sunderland team reminded me of a shittier 2012 stoke. Lots of kicking. They were up for it. Bad giveaway by Fernandez led to their goal. Lens was dangerous for them. Ayew and Gomis dangerous again. Pantilimon rescued a point for them. Two amazing saves.

5 from 9 ain't bad. Good start

I don't really care about his cup( especially since we already won it ) but I want to watch to see what eder can do with significant minutes, plus I want to see Frank and Amat on D and maybe a couple younger guys in Mid

Yeah I'm interested to see what some young guys can do. Always good to give them some looks and Monk has not been shy in the past on calling them up to the first team either

I listened on the radio and Eder missed some easy chances but overall played well, I really like this Grimes kid. Wish I could have watched to see how frank looks, pretty good result though

That ball from Jon Jo to emnes was great

Big game this weekend, Man U have been playing like shite but after there mid week game I think they finally click and give us a little trouble. My only fear is that Flailing Fallani comes on late and wins some awkward ball in the air that lands for Memphis to put away and they steal points. We HAVE to put away our chances too. Against Sunderland we were unlucky to not get a second and after one mistake on D it end up costing us 2 points.

Heart says 2-0 Swans, head says 1-1.

Their D has been rock solid. I think chances for both teams in this game will be few and far between. Would love a win but would be happy with a point in this one.

Great win today. Gomis and Ayew on the score sheet again, Gomis could have scored another one earlier and Gylfi missed one too. Glad Ki came on because i really like him, sad Montero couldnt play.

We did get kinda lucky with Rooney forgetting how to shoot

But what has to be said is Garry Monk is the best Manager in the league. What he did with the team last year( his first season as a manager) should have won him the award and hes doing it again. 3 wins out of 3 against Man U. made two great tactical changes to help win the game. Bringing on Ki to help open Ayew up and putting Bartley on to man mark Fellani and remove him as a threat. Also he has done amazing in the transfer window. Ayew is the move of the window

Just watched and holy crap what a win. Ayew was amazing. Monk is finally getting much deserved praise. Ash with some great tackles especially on Rooney at the end (glad he forgot he has a left foot too). Gomis is night and day with his hold up play compared to when he first arrived. Great game from his as well.

A couple of things from a Mersey Red. That special was unbelievable, makes me pull for you guys, especially today. I agree with the Monk evaluation, would you like BR back? I 'm all in for a straight up swap. Liberty was in great voice after that equalizer. Congratulations, your club deserves everything it gets.

Appreciate the kind words. And if you liked Jack to a King there was another doc that came out a few years prior Swansea city the fall and the rise. Pretty good one too

Why not keep him for depth and cups? he played well in the league cup, and to me him and routledge are at the same level, maybe a little better than Routledge, and I would like to have both incase we lose ayew or Montero to injuries.

So now we only have Routledge or am I forgetting someone?
I think I asked this but do we have Modou Borro or is he on loan?

He probably requested the move.

We have Ayew, Montero, Rout, Tabanou and Emnes can play out wide in a pinch. Also don't forget much of last season we played without wingers in a 4-4-2 diamond
