Steven Gerrard to work for BT Sport on Champions League Coverage

BT is about to ruin the Champions League for the English speaking world.
Gerrard, Owen, Ian Wright, Rio Ferdinand, Robbie Savage, Paul Scholes, Owen Hargreaves, Steve McManaman, Howard fricking Webb, all with Gary Lineker as the host.
At least Glenn Hoddle came over from sky
I can only imagine who they are going to let call the matches

Hargraves will probably do the matches involving Bundesliga teams. The next 3 years are going to be awful.

Yeah, but the play-by-play will be fine, and we probably won't get the pregame show. Even if we did, watching Robbie Savage talk about underwear for 30 minutes will be an improvement on the current arrangement.
