I mean he didn't do fantastic, but a sacking?
Yikes.

Anyone have additional info?

He's shite, unlikeable, and plays a boring style. I'm surprised he lasted this long, and it's an indictment on the league that Southampton finished where they did with him as manager.

Been discussed for what seems like a month now.

Rumors are they want Tuechel, which would be bananas.

Sweet, now I can finally play as Southampton in my FIFA career

Yes, I am so OCD I generally only play with clubs who really have a new manager IRL

Same. And Southampton should be a really fun play. Great young players, nice kits, real stadium, etc.

And I hate jumping to a new team that wouldn't realistically be looking for a new manager, even when you get to the point when you can get pretty much anywhere.

Mauricio Pellegrino is their new manager now. They had decent success with the last Mauricio P., so why not.

Him and Mauricio Pochettino are both Argentine and both 45 years old.
Good God

...and they both played center back

I first saw the news scrolling at the bottom of the screen during the baseball game and lost my breath for a second. I was shocked MP would leave Spurs and go back.....then I read it again
