Problems w/ ESPN 3

Anyone having trouble getting on ESPN 3? At work and when I type in my internet provider and and then enter my domain and password the screen goes white and nothing happens! I am trying to give this soccer shite a chance but technical problems makeing it hard. HELP!!!
