Preki, former USMNT player, has stepped down as manager of Sacramento Republic FC and is being rumored to be the next manager for Leicester City.

Loved me some Preki, but yeah USL to EPL seems like a ridiculous jump in coaching ranks.
Especially to a team that went on a run last year to survive, could easily go down again and just got rid of their manager. Weird, ugly situation.

wow, preki played for St.Louis storm, an indoor league for a couple of years.

True, but think about a situation like Clarence Seedorf being given the Milan job with no experience. At least Preki has experience, and Leicester City is no Milan.
