Probably, but I'd just be mostly thrilled to have him. Stakes won't be quite as high for an expansion MLS team compared to a Champions League contender.

Then MLS, I would hope and assume.

For now

You should be less worried about PSG's UCL aspirations and more worried about the fast approaching date in which the capital club breaks all of OM's domestic records

I know people want to harp on the UCL shortcomings but PSG own France like it hasn't been owned before.

Most trophies won
6th Coupe de la Lique
45 year history and 29 trophies to show for it.

One more trophy to be won in this season still vs Marseille

Poor Marseille god awful close to the relegation zone..

It would be funny if OM got relegated but to be fair we do need a stronger L1 than we got this year and they are one of the bigger French clubs.

OM isn't getting relegated, but Toulouse probably is. Ben Yedder and Braithwaite's landing spots will be interesting.

It's true.

As shite as OM has been, we're still going to lose Batshuayi.

PSG by the numbers on the season

In before 0 Champions league trophies

quote:

96 Paris set a new record for points won in a Ligue 1 season (96), beating the benchmark they set in season 2013-2014 (89).

102 Paris scored 102 goals in Ligue 1 this season - the highest scoring tally for a team in a Ligue 1 season since RC Paris bagged 118 strikes in season 1959-1960. Furthermore, Paris are just the fourth team in Ligue 1 history to score 102 goals or more in a season, after Lille in 1948-1949 (102) and Reims and RC Paris in 1959-1960 (109 and 118 respectively).

19 Paris conceded just 19 goals in Ligue 1 this season - the best defensive performance of any French top-flight team ever.

66,8 Paris averaged 66,8% possession in Ligue 1 this season - the highest such rate in France's top flight in the last decade.

38 Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored 38 Ligue 1 goals this season, a personal best in the giant Swede's glittering career. His tally is the third-highest of any Ligue 1 player every, behind Skoblar (44) and Salif Keita (42) in 1970-1971. Ibra alone scored more goals than four Ligue 1 teams could each manage this season: GFC Ajaccio (37), Bastia (36), Nantes (33) and Troyes (28). Zlatan Ibrahimovic broke Carlos Bianchi's long-standing club record of 37 Ligue 1 goals in a season.

9 For his last Ligue 1 match, Zlatan got nine shots on target - a league high over the last ten seasons. Among Europe's top five leagues, only Adebayor (with Tottenham against West Bromwich) and Cristiano Ronaldo (against Elche) have done as well (9). Altogether Zlatan shot 13 times, equalling the best performance in Ligue 1 in this domain over the last ten seasons - a performance delivered by... Zlatan, against Brest, on December 21, 2012.

18 Angel Di Maria provided 18 assists in Ligue 1 this season, his personal best in one of Europe's top five leagues. The only player in the top five league's to do better was Mesut Ozil (19). Angel Di Maria was the assist provider for five of Paris' last nine goals in Ligue 1. He laid on eight goals for Zlatan Ibrahimovic - his preferred finisher in France's top flight this season.
