I don't think that plays here because it was intentional. He didn't make any legitimate attempt to play the ball.

No it shouldn't. Not if it isn't intentional.

That is not the rule.

But that one was intentional and he should have been off.

Won't matter anyway, we have a trash lineup out there and City aren't going to drop points.
