I disagree. France is super good at playing out of the back and positionally are very good. Their are missing chances going forward, but I don't think they look out of place with other tourney winning sides.

I don't think France looked very good either. Imagine if they play like this against Italy, Germany or Spain. They can't expect to go into the 90th minute without putting a shot on goal.
For all the criticism of Pogba, France had much better spacing and movement than with Martial in the game.

In terms of going against Italy, Germany and Spain, none of those teams, not even Italy, will be as committed to the low block as Romania and Albania. Hell, for large portions of the Italy-Belgium game, Italy's back line was thirty-five yards from their goalkeeper. France does an excellent job of moving the ball from defense to midfield, especially when Romania and Albania tried to catch them on the press. They break down in the final third even though they have plenty of goalmouth chances.

Oh I'm not saying they do, I haven't been floored by any team thus far. France positionally are solid, yet can get caught out of place, so too can every other team I guess
