I predict another Madrid derby where a welsh mattress woven with gold and redemption is finally brought back to the right side of Madrid

Don´t know. RMs got their number (I don´t mean just the CL), but I´ve been fearing this for the last four weeks or so.

Juventus is going to win this whole thing. They're a better Atletico on defense and BvB in attack.

You say that as if being a fascist is a bad thing.

Mildly salty over here...but not overly salty

RM had a sizable advantage heading in...but these things happened:

--Carlo failed to sub off Vidal for Kimmich at half...2nd yellow was only a matter of time, even if the decision wasn't justified for that specific call (he toed the line a few times before)

--Lewa found few chances to break through, when he was the catalyst Bayern needed...Alaba's early crosses couldn't find Bob or anyone else. Subbing Lewa off was perhaps necessary with 10 men, but at that point you've got to make it to penalties

--Yes the refs were bad...Lewa was on in 2nd half, CR7 was off for the decider. But I'm not naive enough to think Bayern hasn't gotten calls like that in the past; we just didn't get them today in a big way

Bayern got a gift of an own goal to send it to extra time, but they needed to win it before Vidal got sent off. Missed chances again, but today was an uphill battle from the start.

In the end, was a hell of a match!
Will miss Lahm suiting up on CL nights
