How much does a team like ManU and its fans really care about the Europa League? It seems to me its like if Duke missed the NCAA tournament and made the NIT. I can't imagine anyone on the Duke side would give a damn.

They added that so people would start caring about it.

It's actually a more enjoyable tournament on the whole than the UCL once it reaches this stage. Much more diversity.

Likely the best match of the season last year was in the Europa League as well.

Krasnodar is a decent side and tough at home, so they defo have a chance with the away goal in hand.

I remember when Everton were in their group 2 years ago. fricking miserable, but we ended up getting a 1-1 draw. Interested to see what the weather is like there tonight.
