Just watched my game. What a historic double for the swans. Was deserved IMO. ManU had more shots but very few clear cut chances. Swans tried a new formation with the Christmas tree today for the first time all season in an effort to get best players on field and seemed to work. Hopefully the goal scoring will continue as they had only scored 3 in the previous 5.

Found this amazing and meant to post it pregame

@Gareth_Vincent: Manchester United's bench cost roughly double what #Swans spent on their starting XI

So is it possible that City could not be embarrassed by Barcelona this week? They sure looked good today.

I have pulled for City in the Champions League for the last few years, but they always disappoint me.

It's been rough lol. Their draws haven't helped though.

If you think someone has to actually get injured then you're full of it. You don't wait for a potential career ending injury before protecting players. Matic thought if the ref wasn't going to protect him then he needs to show Barnes he won't stand for it. Burnley had been doing this all game.

Not to mention the handball.

And the other various reckless challenges.

In a vacuum that challenge on Matic could be seen as accidental. But if this was going on all game I understand his reaction

Yeah it happened all game. Barnes made several dangerous aerial challenges as well. He was looking to place his studs into every Chelsea player. Matic's card may very well be deserved. He shouldn't have reacted like that, but it does not make him into a "Thug" as MCB wants him to be. How Barnes survived that game without even a booking astounds me.
