that game never had a good flow to it from either side. LC seemed unwilling to truly open it up, and probably for good reason. still I was somewhat disappointed as a neutral observer

aside from 2 or 3 legitimate counters pretty much. brought on a second striker but never really pressed. Vardy had one clean look that he launched over the bar

From what I've seen of LC, their game isn't to really open up. They counter, boot it downfield, and pray Vardy is open. They didn't do much else today.
City was all-out attacking the first half and just couldn't capitalize. Sterling was on POINT today. KDB was his usual good self. Silva was average and Aguero was off. It wasn't a TERRIBLE game for City considering the front 4 have played together only 1 or 2 times before.
Dinho didn't have his best game. Yaya didn't look lazy and had moments of old Yaya but overall meh.
The back surprised me. Kolarov was soooooo bad but Sagna and Otamendi were alright and Mangala played a great game. Gonna need it with Kompany out again.

Prior to this game, ManC hadn't had a clean sheet without Kompany. Lester's D leaks like a sieve. And both of those teams have powerful offenses. Of course it was a fricking 0-0 draw. fricked me in fantasy
