Its to force people to go to the 3pm matches in all the leagues. All it does is make people stream everything including pubs and bars.

How in the hell did Messi miss that? Suarez looks great. Horrible dive by CR7. Glad they didn't call that. He was barely in the box and looking for contact. I feel like he works even harder for penalties since he knows he gets to take them.
