I think Chadli scores today. I love watching him play. It's like looking at a Clydesdale on a pitch full of donkeys.

Lamela hasn't done much lately. We are most likely missing him falling down a few times and losing possession trying to get cute with the ball. And I'm one of his biggest fans. I think the injury will be good for him. Just needs to watch some.

I feel our weakest spot is right wing. Walker coming back from injury has helped, but I can't stand Andros.

Same page. I think Lamela does better on the 10 spot, but Eriksen is the best there. Even Kane is better than Lamela there. I love him, but Poch has a chore to find his best spot. We need to get another winger this window or at least in the summer. We have no real depth there.

How did Eriksen miss that?

Fazio makes mistakes sometimes, but he is so much better in the box than Kaboul. Always gets a head on the ball.

Yeah, Lamela playing out of position is better than Townsend.

Spurs seem tentative. You can see the drop in quality vs our first choice team.

It's basically just not our first team defensive midfield. But they need experience like this because we need depth there. I think we have the talent.

Dembele would be world class if he played hard all of the time. Dude is incredible with the ball at his feet. You can't dispossess him. But he is often content just passing the ball sideways or backwards. When he makes a real effort to get into the box and whip a cross, he is deadly. I've read stories that he just doesn't have the mental makeup to be world class.

I can see that... I really liked Dembele at first, but it's like he doesn't realize how good he is and it frustrates me.

Spurs collective buttholes clenched for a moment. CP playing solid defensively.

The coaches used to have to motivate him by mentioning that he could transfer to Barcelona if he worked hard.

The pitch looks terrible, soaked and players falling and sliding on every touch. Huge divots and little chunks flying all over.

Of course the Spurs are playing poorly as it appears we have lost our first touch. We also forgot how to pass. Typical Spurs after a big win I suppose. Hopefully we turn it on in the 2nd half (with better spikes).
