I've seen tug of shirts penalties given. And also there should be penalties given for holding shirts on corners. That doesn't have anything to do with Moss's call.

Haha sorry I was genuinely asking if there was a shirt pull. It's a bad call because I don't think Moss calls every shirt pull, which is inconsistent. If he did then players would know what the stakes were when he refs games.

Smalling got fouled in the box not to long ago, definitely would have been soft but this is some inconsistency

For me holding the shirt in the box is a penalty every time. I wish it were called to the extent that it was completely erased from the game.

Should be a penalty every time. If not, then re-write the rules.
