This is accurate. However, is it preferable for the soccer snobs here that new folks start "Hello, my name is..." threads or get to know the folks here with a fairly harmless thread in order to get some footing here.
I bet lots of folks that come here, don't flame and are generally interested in learning more never come back which causes the soccer fans to further isolate themselves from folks that want to give soccer a look/see. Does that make sense?

My goodness those were some poorly constructed sentences. I'm trying to do too many things at once.
I used to be all like, Soccer is gay, acting, flailing around, magic spray...etc.
I'm actually trying to give it a real shot now.

It's not known for being a welcoming bunch around here.
Just don't bring up flopping. It's a really sore subject here for the "real" fans.
There are some really cool cats too but it's like you are on pins and needles all the time.
I think they RA a ton too. I could be wrong about that.
