He's a good coach. I hope he does well. I could definitely see him succeeding so best of luck to him.

Marsch is a very good, young manager. A move to Europe would offer breadth and depth to his experience. Moreover, he gets to move from New Jersey to Salzburg. The cost is about the same but one is much nicer than the other.

But on a serious note, he should do well there working with the club that has far superior resources than the competition. If he does take over he will be expected to win the league. He will also have a legit shot at getting in the champions league proper.
