If MLS becomes a top 5 league

would we have a legit Euro/MLS cup. That'd be a dream come true to see champions league winner vs Orlando city for a meaningful game.

We are a long way off of that. If we become the best league in the Americas, then maybe, but that wouldn't be very good for developing players for the USMNT.

Is that legit tho? I've never watched it and I feel like that's a tourney where euro champs play young guys. I'm talking about a cup where the world stops to watch.

Let me know next time MLS wins the CCL. Then let me know when they start winning it consistently over Mexican clubs. Then we can talk comparing ourselves to our South American neighbors. Then, in 30 years, who knows!
