It's honestly baffling how many people are saying it wasn't his fault Argentina didn't win.

Yes....Yes it was. He missed the penalty, nobody else. Messi fans should be happy Aguero was there to prevent more embarrassment.

I would have to guess Pele was mentioned. Also, he probably dropped some line about discussing Messi with a famous person.

This is less likely, but he may have brushed off his La Liga and Champions League titles as being meaningless.

The way old guys, like Wilbon and Kornheiser, are very dismissive towards soccer trolls the frick out of me. I sort of wanted to fight my dad yesterday (on father's day) when i told him i was in a bad mood because mexico won, and he asked won what?
