Will win PL, though 10 is probably a fantastic line to put betting at.

Tottenham has maybe the best schedule to pose a challenge, but they still have EL to go play in.

So yea, unless Chelsea do stupid shite like decide to coast and lose to Crystal Palace. Always helps to have no Europe.
