Noticed both Newcastle and Forest did in their game today. Also, Ipswich only named 5 subs v Palace.

It's a good rule in my opinion. The option of bringing on fresh legs makes extra time more exciting. Most managers play very conservatively in extra time if they lack the ability to make changes. We saw a bunch of games like that in the last World Cup.
