France needed to take their chance early while Germany was figuring it out. They don't have a good enough back four to get complacent

France on the counter is pretty solid, but their back four definitely is not anywhere near organized enough.

Germany only sent 4 into the box on that corner, and even then gave up a good counter to France.

These diagonal, and horizontal runs from Germany look very close to catching France's back line unawares.
