I don't like the biting of Suarez(but would want him on my team), but its pretty sad of Filipe Luis to post a picture of a little blood calling him out. Pretty sure most everyone that has played on this board has had worse in many games. If you went through a whole tournament without some bruises or blood I would be surprised.

Luis posted a photo on his Instagram account of a bloody right foot alongside the ironic caption: "At least he didn't touch me."

Love Suarez response

quote:

Asked about the Brazilian left-back's decision to publish the photo, Suarez told reporters: "Football is for men.

Seems like he's proving he didn't dive since Suarez accused him of doing so. Suarez's response doesn't make sense. So he initially said he dove, then said football is for men (suck it up).

Sorry can't really have it both ways.

Also that looks pretty painful. That's a pretty sensitive part of the foot with no meat. All bone.

I think Suarez, by saying Luis dove, meant he over acted trying to get a call. everyone gets stomped on in soccer. I'm not saying Suarez doesn't dive himself, I just find it pretty sad to get on social media to whine about a scratch.

To play for a team that's been better the past year than Chelsea?

Meh, Suarez is a cheap shite.

Sad thing is that him and costa don't need to do this petty crap. They are good enough to use their skill and beat people, yet they are shitty enough people that they need to act like children.

Yes they do. They wouldn't be the players they are if they didn't. You don't get it.

So you're saying Suarez is only good because he bites people?

And costa is only good because he's a huge douche?

Pretty sure those 2 have nothing to do with the fact they are both pretty good at soccer.

I think Suarez and Costa are both good players, take both of them all day long over Rooney. I'd take Suarez over a lot. I think if anything it makes them worse players, because it can take away momentum and possibly annoy people on their own team, and sometimes force them to play a man down. I agree they don't need to do it. Its like taking a low shot in boxing when you can cleanly beat the person.

You realize that This doesn't mean like anything, right?

United would probably take a washing machine for Rooney with how shite he's been this season.

Would take Suarez over Rooney, if both are in their prime. And it apparently it means something to someone because Rooney, for some reasons unbeknownst to me, has been getting a lot of playing time(until Leicester game) in the past year and at World Cup that I would not have given him.

The only people who disagree are the English media

Both are/were world class players in their prime. Suarez is still in his prime. That being said, Rooney is no Suarez, sir.

for the lack of a better word....duh.

Rooney isnt even close to Suarez. Wayne Rooney is not a world class player.
