I haven't played online seasons this year but when I did I liked to play with the higher rated MLS teams, mid table EPL teams, National teams, and mid table Bundesliga teams. Southampton, Hertha, LA Galaxy, Wales, USMNT, Ivory Coast. Belgium is probably my favorite team to play with for my style of play but be ready to face Brazil, Argentina, or France every match

Haven't played for like a month and I fired it up last night to try to win the Pulisic TOTS card (win a 4 match tournament) and got fricking clobbered. Mind you at my peak 2 months ago I was staying up in division 1 and came close to winning a title. The rust was real

I had an interesting situation happen. I went through the season change and realized that I forgot to buy a new youth scout that I planned on getting. So I went back to my save that was before the season change bought the scout. Then proceeded to change the season. This time I got about a 1/3 more money for my budget than before!

I think he'll start at an 80-81 in next year's game w/ a potenial of 88. Similar to Sane this last year.
Iirc, he was like a 75 or something this year at the start.

Zero chance. The only teenagers in 17 w/ 90 potential were Rashford, Dembele and Gabriel Jesus.
Dembele, whether you want to admit or not, is better at the moment and is likely going to be a better player overall going forward.
Now that isn't a knock on Christian. He is damn good, Dembele, at least in a lot of people's minds, is the higher rated talent.

The latest squad update had him start at 76 or 77, I think. I'm pretty sure he was around 70 when the game came out.

According to SoFIFA, Pulisic is a 76 with an 89 (!!!) potential as of the June 8 update. He was a 69 (nice) in the default roster.
Only 18 players are 89 and up overall, to give you a frame of reference.
Reus and Alexis are 88s with 88 in potential.

Season 1 Review with Swansea
Weird season as I think I finally found my correct sliders halfway through. This next season should really tell if I got them right
Finish - 9th (54 points)
Lost in Semis of FA Cup
Arsenal beat Spurs by 1 point for the title. Spurs did the FA and League double. Palace, West Ham and Hull drop
January transfers:
Sold - Federico Fernandez to Leicester for $15.8 (LULZ). They made a dumbass offer so I saw how much I could get form them and raped them in the process
Bought:
Pulisic
Tyler Adams
Lucas Hernandez, CB from Atletico Madrid
Tin Jedvaj, RB from Leverkusen
Amato Ciciretti, CAM from Benevento joining in the summer on a free
Goals in the summer window are to get Yedlin and a pacey striker and play some sort of 3 man back with Mawson, Hernandez and Jedvaj and just kill on the counter with the pace out wide.
Jack Cork is forcing his way out because he thinks he's worth $90k+ per week. Bye.

I did offer $90k pretty much for dat chip alone. He's still "figuring out what he wants to do".
I think my top striker target is going to be Timo Werner from RB Leipzig. Hope I can lure him away from there
