the one tonight was on point. best one i've had was a brisket po boy at tujague's in NOLA

never been there, but know the place. . . will have to try that one. . .

Usually always go for the fried oyster or shrimp when visiting because, as simple as it seems, it's frying the seafood that most of the trendy NY "Cajun" style places don't do that well. . .

It's a very traditional Roman dish. Simple to make too. sautee some garlic and dried tabasco pepper flakes in olive oil while putting roma tomatoes in pasta water to boil. .. . after a few minutes, dice the tomatoes and add to the oil while cooking penne pasta. toss together with fresh parsley when cooked. . .

it's Italian for penne made angry
