GROUP D
Germany - Georgia, 1:45 p.m. (FS1)
Gibraltar - Scotland, 1:45 p.m. (FS2)
Poland - Republic of Ireland, 1:45 p.m. (ESPN)
Notes: This should be fun. The easiest scenario is that of Germany. A win or draw will seal qualification for the world champions. However, if they draw, and the Poland-Ireland match produces a winner, they would finish 2nd. If there is a winner in the Poland-Ireland match, that side also qualifies. If Poland-Ireland ends in a draw, the tiebreakers come into play. See results below:
If Poland-Ireland finishes:
0-0: Poland qualifies (head-to-head away goals)
1-1: Poland qualifies (group goal difference)
2-2, 3-3, etc.: Ireland qualifies (head-to-head away goals)
GROUP F
Faroe Islands - Romania, 11 a.m. (FS+)
Finland - Northern Ireland, 11 a.m. (FS1)
Greece - Hungary, 11 a.m. (FS2)
Notes: Northern Ireland have qualified. Romania can seal a berth with win against the Faroe Islands. If they draw, Hungary can seal second with a win at bottom side Greece. Hungary currently sit as the top third-placed team, but another win over Greece would not be tabulated in the standings for that berth. Interesting stuff to play out here.
GROUP I
Armenia - Albania, 11 a.m. (ESPN3)
Serbia - Portugal, 11 a.m. (ESPN3)
Notes: Portugal have qualified. It's all pretty simple here. Albania must win at Armenia to qualify. Denmark would hold the tiebreaker over Albania due to the away goal scored in the match in Tirana.

If Solomon Kvirkvelia is playing for Georgia, I'm predicting an own goal.
He's already had about 3 or 4 in the Russian league this season.

Finland should stick to hockey and heavy metal. Football isn't their thing.
