Wow. Guy barely pushes Ramos and he's on the ground for a minute holding his ankle like he just got shot. Then all of the sudden he's fine. Is there any unwritten rules about diving or embellishment? New to soccer just want to know why a bunch of grown men act like dramatic women anytime someone touches them. Thanks

The referees have no way to cover the whole field, so players are willing to do whatever it takes to gain an advantage. Hopefully video referees and retroactive bans will stop this.
Also Ramos is known as a dirty player, although I enjoy his antics tremendously.

The referee was right there. Like right there when Ramos was "shoved"

The assistant ref was looking away, as he had signaled for the throw. The card was not for the shove, but the supposed stamp.

The head referee was a good 30 yards away.. If Cuadrado stamped on him that is a by the book yellow, but I haven't seen a definitive angle.

Nah. The ref looks and Ramos crying on the ground like he got shot and gave him a yellow. Then 5 seconds later Ramos is fine.

Right. The embellishment was to get the yellow on Cuadrado, but I haven't seen a definitive angle to see if Cuadrado actually did stamp on Ramos.
At this point it is part of the game, but hopefully video review can help with situations like this.

You're right. Ramos was barely pushed. This board has a lot of Ronaldo fan boys so you won't get any honest responses

I did and it was def a physical game but that drives me insane that the guy who acted like he got shot is now fine after he sees the ref give a yellow.
