Lol 100% because of the bull crap seeding formula UEFA was using at the time that fricked City over in their groups.
I will say that second leg against Olympiakos was pretty impressive though.

Yeah and it was garbage. Had it been the new way, the correct way, to seed for the tournament, then City would not have been in a group with Bayern this season or in a group with Dortmund, Madrid and Ajax in 2012-2013. A large, but not total, part of the reason they have failed to impress in the UCL is because of the stupid seeding rules.
If you honestly think that Arsenal should have been a pot two team over City going into this year than that is just ridiculous bias against City.
And since City has done literally everything they can to choke this year the same will likely happen next year since they won't be champions.
