According to a friend of mine the tickets for the Red Bull game last year were starting at 20 bucks higher than face value and those seats were up in the corners.

As long as the Astros aren't playing the parking isn't bad. You can find a couple of lots with $5 parking if you don't mind walking. The closer you get to the stadium the more it will cost.
